Please note, that each
sword and/or its part may slightly vary in the shape, dimensions and weight
from pictured one because hand processing. Each time we guarantee proper
treatment, balance and other attributes of the sword.

Shipping/handling: All prices includes
handling and shipping by insured airmail worldwide.

Payment: Up to 50%
refundable down deposit can be requested on each order of our standard sword
line. Any customization is over and above the standard sword price and the
level of customization will be priced accordingly. Custom orders require 100%
down deposit before we can proceed with making the sword. This is
non-refundable due to the nature of the order.

WARRANTY
ArmArt arms are guaranteed for two full years against any and all defects in
material and workmanship. If a defect or flaw is observed, the item must be
returned to the ArmArt, at the buyer's expense, for material review and defect
analysis. The item will be repaired, if possible, or replaced or a full refund
less shipping, handling and insurance costs will be issued. This policy does
not cover swords used under destructive or extraordinary conditions. Edge to
edge contacting, cutting inappropriate material or any other action that is
clearly abusive will void this warranty. A damaged sword falling outside the
limits of this warrantee may be repaired at the owner’s expense. Please send
a detailed description of the damage along with a photo (if possible). The
ArmArt will respond with a written quote based on the scope of the repair. For

RETURN POLICY
As these are not stock items
but made to order for you, the terms of sale are such that we must treat each
sword as a unique creation.
The return policy covers only defective workmanship or material for a full
24 months. However, a 20% restocking fee applies to cancelled orders. This
20% restocking fee applies to all sword orders, custom and standard.
Fully Custom and Customized/Personalized Orders can be refunded only if the smith has not begun customization
work. The ArmArt team naturally pre-inspects its work (all swords are made on an
individual basis and therefore given individual attention) and thus swords
shipped directly from ArmArt to you are in excellent condition.
DISCLAIMER
You agree to indemnify and hold
harmless ArmArt, its owners, staff and employees from and against any and all
claims, demands, actions, proceedings, resulting in injury or death and
damages, losses, and/or liabilities, costs and expenses, including attorney
fees, relating to or arising out of any claim asserted by you against ArmArt.
You certify that you are under no restrictions of law that may prohibit or
restrict your possession of edged weapons.
As with any website, there may occasionally be a typo or mere human error. We
will do our best to correct any incorrect information as quickly as possible.
